Track Your Order

You ordered something from our webshop? That's great! But it's even better when you have it in your hands, right?

Once your order has been shipped - usually within two days after ordering - you receive immediately an email with a tracking code together with its tracking link.

But... Do you have troubles opening the tracking website? No problemo! 

Here you find an easy step-by-step plan on how to follow your order manually if the tracking email doesn't work for some reason.

1. Go to any worldwide tracking website. We recommend ParcelsApp.com
   
   
   
   
2. Enter your tracking code provided in the Shipping confirmation email. 
   Note: your order number is not the same as your tracking code!
   
   
3. Let it search for 30 seconds and there you have it!
