Yes, almost all of our orders come with a tracking code that you'll receive after ordering. Large orders can come in different packages and therefore it's possible you receive multiple tracking codes. If a certain product does not provide tracking, it will be mentioned on the product page. Click here for more information

Your products will ship within two business days, you will receive an email once your order has been sent! Then it will take up around two to three weeks to reach your doorstep depending on your location. As we ship worldwide, every destination can vary in shipping time. Usually, orders arrive much faster in Western regions (European, North-American and Australian destinations) compared to other parts of the world such as India or Russia, where it will take longer than usual.

Update: Please note, due to the current global pandemic, orders to certain destinations can have small delays. Stay safe and we thank you for your patience! 

Yes! Cancelations are possible! If you have NOT received a shipping confirmation yet, we can cancel your order immediately and give a full refund. But if you wait too long, chances are that your order will be shipped at any time and unfortunately it won't be possible for us to call it back once it's shipped out. In that case, you will need to contact us at support@ColorsOfGlam.com and we'll give you the closest return point to send it back. Once your order arrives in its original state back at our company, you will also get a full refund

Step 1: Relax. Last year, 98% of our "lost parcels" eventually arrived with a small delay.

Step 2: Check the tracking status of your order using your unique tracking code that you received in the Shipping Confirmation mail. Need help with tracking? Click here  

Step 3: If you ordered one of the few products that don't provide a track & trace code, or you're ordering from a country that doesn’t allow us to provide you a tracking code, please contact us at support@colorsofglam.com when it surpassed 30 days since your Shipping Confirmation.

Please keep in mind that most “unarrived” orders simply got delayed and are still in transit or are being held by customs for a quick check (or clearly not-such-a-quick check...).

Since the global pandemic of the COVID-19 virus, your parcel can experience unexpected delays. Once your order has shipped, we can't make it go faster even though we wish we had superpowers too!

Something went wrong with the item you ordered? No problem! We're there to investigate the issue and find a suitable solution for you. 

Send us an email at support@ColorsOfGlam.com with a picture of the damaged product and we'll send you a new one, or, we'll simply send your money back! 

If there’s an issue with your order - if it’s the wrong size, wrong color or defective - then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund or a replacing item. 

We are a shop that sells worldwide and therefore, different currencies can be shown on some of our pages. You can easily switch the currency on the bottom of the page to change into your local one. 

If your order is not shipped yet, we can still make the necessary adjustments to modify your address mistake(s). However, if you already received a shipping confirmation (usually within 24 hours after placing the order) we won't be able to call back your order to rectify the mistake... Please, always DOUBLE CHECK your shipping address before placing an order!

When we notice a missing house number, we often don't ship the order immediately. Please check your emails (or spam folder) if you didn't receive an email from us asking for more details about your shipping address.

Did you notice a mistake and the order is not shipped yet? Let us know ASAP at info@colorsofglam.com - We cannot guarantee that changes will be made on time as we try to ship every order as fast as possible to our clients.

While placing an order, you can choose to be notified with tracking updates through text messages by providing your phone number. Once you receive a text message from our side, please do not reply to this number. Those messages are automatic tracking updates. This means that nobody from our side will receive your texts if you reply!

Your phone number will never be used for commercial purposes or sold to others. We respect everyone's privacy and only use your number to inform you with shipping updates.

YES! We're adapting to this never-changing market. We're one of the first shops to accept cryptocurrencies as a payment method.

We currently work with Coinbase. You can select the "Coinbase Commerce" option during check-out to pay with crypto. We accept: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether USD and USD coin! (More to come in the future)
